Montblanc 206

This Montblanc 206 was made in Denmark between 1950 and 1954. As with many Montblanc’s of the era, it is coral red celluloid

This pen is a button filler and is in very good condition except for a small crack in the barrel where it meets the friction-fit section. This has been stabilised with shellac, so although it can easily be used as a daily writer, it is less valuable as a collector’s item.

The medium-width #6 nib is slightly flexible.

The cap has a good imprint as can be seen in the photo above, and the cap band is well-secured.
